Lifting Magnet

Lifting magnet is made by Rare Earth magnet with technology of improvement. All new lifting magnet models with light weight less dimension and lower price.
The operator should be test and chech if lifting magnet is in safe range before lifting away the work piece of steel. Other wise, it will be not responsibility by producer for any accidents.
Made by permanent lifting magnet, require no power supply, thus eliminating hazards due to failure wiring system as electric type.
Suitable for move plate steel, block steel and round steel, such as machine parts, press molds, plastic molds and lifting material

Magnetic Workholding

Most suitable for heavy duty machining on medium small or even rough workpieces. Magnetic Workholding suitable for drilling and fine machining on small workpieces.
Minimum size of workpiece required as 4 altermate magnetic square poles contacts in necessary for optimum clamping.
Minimum thickness of workpiece required: 10mm. Easily integrated with Pallet Change of Horizontal Machining Center and FMS System.

Drill Grinder is clamping force can be adjusted accurately by use of drill grinder. The body of this vise is made of high tensile cast iron.
The vise jaws are made of a special hardened ALLOY steel and are precision ground. Drill grinders is standard type for indicator.
As above items of magnetic chucks series are for indicators, Drill Grinder can increase precision and improve working efficiency.
ECE-320 is economical type, the principle just same as ECE-310, but drill grinder shorter and cheaper than drill, Length of the arm is 280mm.
