This certificate is invalid without distributor seal stamp or with unauthorized alterations. In such cases, all warranty services required are not covered under this warranty.
Earth-Chain Enterprise Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AEarth-Chain@) warrants to the purchaser of this product that it will correct free of change any defects in design, materials, or workmanship for a period of twelve(12) months from the date of purchase. (thirty-six(36) months for Magnetic Chuck)
Please present the original copy of this certificate for warranty services. Earth-Chain does not provide warranty services to purchasers without proper warranty certificates.
this warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by: 1) natural disaster(including instances such as flooding, lightning stroke, earthquake); 2) negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage (including failure to observe the instructions for operation and regular user maintenance recommended by Earth-Chain); 3) cosmetic or component damages due to improper device placement; 4) adaptation, modification or improper maintenance by unauthorized personnel.
This warranty does not cover packaging material, wires, and product warranty certificate
For these damaged products that are not covered by warranties, Earth-Chain will quote the repairing price via phones after basic examination. If no further instructions are received from customers within four weeks, Earth-Chain will cancel the RMA request and is not liable for damages or losses occurred during this period.
For damaged products not covered by warranties, customers will be charged with replaced components and repairing costs. If customers decide not to repair damaged products after a price quote is provided, then customers will be charged with examination fee and shipping and handling fee.
For products not covered by warranties, if no faults, as reported by customers, are confirmed after basic examination, then customers will be charged with examination fee and shipping and handling fee.
